• How often should I clean my CPAP machine?

  You should clean your tubing and mask daily. Chamber and humidifier weekly.

• How long is the cleaning cycle?

  The cycle lasts 30 mins.

• Which CPAP machine is compatible with Clean Zone™?

  Clean Zone™ works with all brands and PAP Types (A-PAP, BI-PAP, CPAP), even both heated or nonheated tubing.

• What is ozone and is it safe?

  Ozone is the sanitizing agent “activated oxygen,” also known as trioxygen, due to the fact that it is comprised of three oxygen atoms. Once ozone comes in contact with the air it quickly dissipates. When it is concentrated and safely contained within the bag, it works as a sanitizing agent to kill live bacteria and any living particles things.

• Do I clean the entire machine with Clean Zone™?

  The only sections that need to be sanitized are your mask, tube, and water chamber. Many CPAP manufacturer warranties may be voided if the entire machine is subjected to ozone sanitation.

• Does my Insurance, HSA or FSA cover Clean Zone™?

  You need to pay with a debit or credit card and submit to your HSA, FSA, or insurance company directly for reimbursement.

• Do I need batteries?

  No, Clean Zone™ is rechargeable.

• Does Clean Zone™ use chemicals?

  No chemicals are used to create ozone. It's converted from the air into activated oxygen.
